Dr Manoj Bhatt

GAICD, CHIA, FRACP

Manoj is a Nuclear Medicine and PET physician working at Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital (RBWH) and St Vincent’s Northside.
He believes in ‘Kaizen’ which means ‘continuous improvement. He recently acquired Graduate of Australian Institute of Company directors (GAICD) and is currently pursuing MBA from QUT.
Manoj has completed CHIA (Certified Health Informatician Australia) and has worked in digital health space in Metro North.
He is a board member at QUT.
Manoj’s professional training started in India which includes MBBS and MD (internal medicine). He worked in UK before coming to Australia.
He completed his Fellowship training in Brisbane and Melbourne in 2012. He provides locum services to regional centres like Rockhampton and Ballarat.
His mantra is, ‘In a world where you can be anything, be kind’.

Dr Felicity Jensen

MBBS MHM CHIA AMA(M) FRSTMH FRSM ACHSM FRACMA

Dr Felicity Jensen is currently the Senior Medical Advisor for the Chief Medical Officer and Healthcare Regulation Branch, Queensland Health (part-time) and Assistant to the Chief Health Officer, delegate for exemptions (part-time).

Dr Jensen has specialist qualifications as a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators (RACMA). Dr Jensen is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene (UK) and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine (UK). She is an Associate Fellow of the Australasian College of Health Service Management.

Dr Jensen holds a Master of Health Management and is a Certified Health Informatician of Australasia.

She is the Deputy Jurisdictional Coordinator of Training for the joint Queensland and Northern Territory jurisdiction for the RACMA College.

Dr Andrew Cronin

Dr Andrew Cronin served with the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) for nine years as an aeronautical engineer. He then was accepted to the University of Queensland Medical School and graduated in 2007. For most of Dr Cronin‘s medical career, he has been training and working in regional, rural and remote medicine.

Dr Cronin currently holds a part-time position with the Royal Flying Doctor Service – Queensland Section, providing primary health care and aeromedical retrieval services to the population of South-West Queensland. Dr Cronin has a special interest in Aviation Medicine, providing aviation medical assessments for the Civil Aviation Safety Authority and the Federal Aviation Administration.

Dr Cronin also maintains casual positions within Queensland Health.

Dr Dilip Dhupelia

Dr Dilip Dhupelia

Dr Dilip Dhupelia works as the Director of Medical and Clinical Services at Queensland Rural Medical Service within Queensland Health. He is also a part time General Practitioner at Toowong.

Dilip is a Fellow of the AICD.  His current Board positions are Chair of the AMA Queensland and Director of Brisbane South PHN.

Dilip is a Past President of AMA Queensland. He currently remains as a Member of the AMAQ Council of General Practice.

Dilip has been on the Management Committee of BLMA from 2020.

Dr Gail Tsang

Dr Gail Tsang is a Radiation Oncologist, a fellow of the Royal Australia and New Zealand College of Radiologist. Dr Tsang has special clinical interests in prostate brachytherapy, stereotactic body and cranial radiotherapy, urological and haematological malignancies, breast, lung, gastrointestinal and skin cancers.

Dr Tsang had completed a clinical fellowship in prostate brachytherapy at Sunnybrook Hospital, Toronto, Canada in 2009. She is accredited for high dose rate and low dose rate prostate brachytherapy at the Brisbane practice.

Dr Tsang is interested in oncology research. She had been awarded the New Zealand Breast Cancer Foundation research grant.

Dr Dulanthi Tudawe

Dr Dulanthi Tudawe is a Brisbane‑based obstetrician, gynaecologist, and fertility specialist working in both public and private practice. She is a Fellow of RANZCOG, a Staff Specialist at Logan Hospital, and a private Gynaecologist and Fertility Specialist with City Fertility. Her clinical focus includes providing culturally sensitive antenatal care for women from diverse and refugee backgrounds through close multidisciplinary collaboration.

She serves as Deputy Treasurer of the Brisbane Local Medical Association and contributes to statewide clinical governance, including work on Queensland’s Adolescent Gynaecology Guidelines and as Deputy Chair of the Clinical Standards Committee for Heavy Menstrual Bleeding. She is also committed to medical education, teaching reproductive medicine and mentoring doctors through RANZCOG training and examination process.

Dr Herjot Gill

MD, BPharm (Hons), ARANZCOG (Cert)

Dr Herjot Gill is a junior doctor in Obstetrics and Gynaecology who is passionate about providing thoughtful, compassionate care to women at every stage of their lives. Her journey into medicine began in pharmacy, where she developed a strong foundation in clinical knowledge and a deep appreciation for collaborative, patient-centred practice.

In addition to her clinical work, Herjot serves as an Associate Lecturer with Griffith University Medical School, where she enjoys mentoring medical students and helping organise Women’s Health workshops to better prepare students for their clinical years.

She joined the BLMA committee in 2024 and is currently the Editor of BLMA’s Synapse Newsletter, reflecting her commitment to advocacy, communication, and strengthening collegiality within the medical community.

Born and raised on a blueberry farm just outside of Coffs Harbour, Herjot carries with her a strong sense of community, resilience, and grounded perspective. As a new mum to her son, Sahil, she has gained an even deeper respect for the physical and emotional journeys women experience through pregnancy, birth, and beyond.

Outside the hospital, Herjot finds joy in baking, sewing, and reading—creative and restorative pursuits that balance the pace of clinical life.

Dr Mira Prashar

Dr Mira Prashar is currently a junior doctor at the Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane. She graduated from Bond University with a Bachelor of Medical Studies/Doctor of Medicine (MD) in 2024. She has leadership and community service experience by serving as a Director of The VacSeen Project and Events Member of the Queensland Medical Women’s Society.
